For profit schools, what are you afraid of liberals?

Wouldn't parents want the best education for their kids and isn't logical to assume Charter/for profit schools will compete to do just that? Oh I get it. If parents actually see results and their children thrive and succeed why what will happen to your bloated educational system? Because we all know it CAN'T compete. It isn't held to standards or results because productivity and merits based on OUTCOMES don't apply to those in it. Hmmmm.

Some nations, such as in Western Europe, have excellent public education systems all the way through college.
Now, there is a financial cost associated with this, just like there would be with sending your kids to a private school.
However, it would be far easier to convince the taxpayers not to pay for the poor, crime-ridden black communities' schools by having "private" schools than to be 'good citizens' and care for the education of all.

Blacks that can go to charter schools via vouchers literally cry because they have to raffle off spots to get in them. That's how much of a demand there is. And those kids are more educated, more motivated to learn, and more productive than their public counterparts.

You want the taxpayers to support your private schools so you can poison the minds of children with creationism and make dumb little sheep out of them. Oh, they'll get some 3-R's and that will be about it, other than revisionist history, David Barton BS, trashy anti-science textbooks, hatred for gays and minorities, forced prayer and oaths to your particular version of a deity, and of course the old and new testaments (KJV).

And btw, do you have a cite for that blather you posted?

Sure, John Stossel did a show about the education system. Look around the net for it.

I'd rather tax dollars go to create productive kids that aren't on the tax doles later on in life. And that's not happening now.

Most for profit schools lower their standards to show improvement. They have to do this or they cannot show the results they promise.

Bull. Where do your public schools stand? Shall we compare?
