I agree completely, once you ban guns from the law abiding citizens the thugs know anyone they rob can't shoot back. Unless they decide to rob a person in a uniform with a badge and they wouldn't do that.
I understand the tough gun laws but as formaer law enforcement myself I have seen personally a felon with 19 years left on his parole, sell a AR-15 to an undercover officer. The gun was stolen in a previous burglary. He was arrested sure....did 9 months and was reparoled.
Just enforce the laws you have and actually punish these guys who violate it....

Donna Oakes, my mommy and benefactor, wants me to stop trolling here but I can't help it. I am a lonely maladjusted nerd with nothing to do all day while mommy Donna is out working to pay our bills. Of course I have the 3rd floor men's room at the courthouse, but sometimes my butt and mouth are too sore to take any more friends and I have to troll here to fill the time. Oy vey. What's a disbarred former lawyer to do? I am too good to work at McDonald's. I am bored.

So you were the one in the men's can at the courthouse last week with your legs way wide apart flapping your left shoe on the floor. Figures.

Boo-spooky. The reason people are going after "AR-15"s is because people don't know what it is.

Would you want an M-16 in the hands of a police officer? No. Then why are we letting police officers have AR-15s? These are the same weapon.

I'm not going to surrender my right to a rifle until police surrender theirs.

All you have to do is look at Chicago and New York City to see gun control does nothing to reduce rime. It INCREASES crime because criminals are emboldened knowing the victims will be unarmed.
