"overhaul of transportation infrastructure in the River District"

First let's overhaul the transportation where we actually have something worthwhile to go to:

- The Airport
- The mall
- Downtown
- The Hospital
- Schools
- Etc.

River Arts District is a steaming wasteland of homeless and empty warehouses.

Correction: It's just a wasteland of homeless and empty warehouses. It's not even "steaming".

I'm still waiting for them to fix the sidewalk in front of my house that was broken up to replace a burst water pipe. From last year.

Those in the River District got rid of New Belgium because of voicing their views against the traffic and the building itself. New Belgium will not build there. Watch and see.

When New Belgium said it was going to delay for a year, after the arsonists attacked it, I was wondering the same thing.

Gentrification in a sketchy neighborhood is one thing, but taking on Skid Row all by yourself is another.

I wish the best for New Belgium... but... I still won't be a customer in River Arts any time soon.

Once New Belgium became aware of the loons down there, and they are just that, why would they put in the effort and money to jump through the hoops? There are much better places that actually want to build up their economy.

Down there it's nothing but arsty liberal Jews who have no clue how industry works. If you notice most that move here have backgrounds in government or schools or the legal system. Rarely do we see people who worked in private industry speak up. Council is full of these people minus Jan Davis. And people might think I use the term Jew as a misnomer, look at their names. These people are literally rich elitist Jews that have taken over.

I'm not even going to notify them about the sidewalk. In fact I want sit back and see just how long it takes them to do the JOB THEY ARE SUPPOSED to do.

The people that set fire to the New Belgium property weren't vagrants or poor but those same loons the live and breathe River Arts and River Link. They set fire to it as a threat and an example. Guaranteed.

Make the city believe that your neighborhood has money and voters.

What we need is something like the LA riots, which burned down mostly the poor section of town. Then we can round up all the misfits and send them either to jail or out of town.

Then it's easy to mow down the empty warehouses and replace them with skyscrapers.

Hear ya about the neighborhoods and money.

River District's cronies aren't poor at all. I jog by a house who's owners own one of the bigger studios down there. Jews of course. Their house is on a mountain overlooking downtown, in the million dollar range. And they just bought the house next door, are gutting it completely out, and are going to flip it.

These people aren't remotely poor who control things down there. They're just able to use a willing government to get by while preventing others that don't fit their clique to do the same. And of course make their friends in the non-profits a good chunk of change under the guise of poverty, women, minorities, etc.

Let me add that I'm glad that they can afford to flip the house and they are nice people. What I don't like about the situation though is the sheer amount of tax dollars that are allowing them to do it. All the while taking away services from areas that are actually the job of government. And then listening to these other elitist call for even more taxes. It's insane.

Because Jews are in control here and the one's running the show on one end and on the other the wealthy limousine liberal Jews who benefit from it.

Politics:
Manheimer
Bothwell
Newman
Hunt
Greene
Gantt

Arts Council
Love
Mead
Shull
Saenger

Community developement
Staudinger

On and on and on. Hell if you want to see when the money and influence is in this town, hang around the Jews. They know exactly where it is.
