Coming Verdict Murder 2

Just saw his testimony on CNN.

Here's my prediction: the jury will convict, either on the charge of murder 2, or a lesser included offense of homicide with a firearm.

Boy Dr. Bao is a doubletalking, backtracking idiot isn't he??? Wow. After listening to two or three responses I don't believe a word he says. And so argumentative! Being the medical examiner wouldn't you think he would've known better than to bring his personal notes to court? Amazing! He is truly yet another gift to the defense!

Apparently Bao's notes were in a locker and without a key he couldn't get to them, but they are now in court because the defense lawyer has asked that they be admitted into evidence.

Bao is the ASSISTANT medical examiner. He doesn't speak or understand English the best in the world either.

Counties hire these foreign doctors because they can get them cheap. Sometimes they get bad ones, but Dr. Bao's direct testimony pretty much seals Zimmerman's fate, imho.

The prosecution has stumbled in this case, but you'd be surprised how much stumbling a petit jury will permit and still issue a guilty verdict.

The problem with Z is that he had a gun and T didn't, pleaded himself guilty with his big mouth, got caught lying oodles of times, and juries loathe liars.

You must be watching a different feed from mine. This guy is so precise the defense cannot squeeze anything out of him but what is fact and what is his opinion. That's what he is there for. He knows his stuff, he may not know court procedures. If the defense can't work with that, they are not doing their job.

I know I just want to smack him and tell him to get with the program. Even the judge is like just wait for a question and answer it dumbazzzz.

I agree with you. The defense basically didn't have question for Dr. Bao & got frustrated when he would not answer the way they (defense) wanted him to. So as a last resort they wanted his notes, that he took time to prepare for this trail to see if they could make him perjure himself. And he was not about to do that. Judge Nelson should not have allowed the Defense to take his personal notes for review. Let's see Mr.West daughter post an ice cream on that. Mr. West basically got frustrated and then didn't want the State to ask question in which they open the door on. Dr. Bao was clear and consistent in his answers and a number of times Mr. West did not let him finish his response.

LOL, you really believe counties can get foreign doctors "cheap"?? LOL.. Think again!! That would be a violation, to hire someone for less than their skill level. And most foreign doctors actually earn quite a bit of money!!!

You think??? I thought he was a gift to the prosecution! He refused to allow himself be cornered into anything. He was precise in my opinion.

I think you're correct, and I probably misspoke myself because there is no such thing as a cheap doctor. No doubt he is qualified, articulate, very intelligent, and able to hold his own in court although a couple of times he wandered off with unresponsive irrelevant testimony, and the judge had to stop him.

I looked up his bio and he is a graduate of Anhui Medical University, a prestigious medical school of the Far East.

So there you are. Again I predict that Dr. Bao's testimony tied all the ends together for the jury to conclude that Zimmerman is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of at least felony homicide with a firearm, which carries a sentence of imprisonment only a year or two less time than murder 2.

You know it's gone south when even MSNBC gives it up as hopeless. The prosecution didn't pull it off.

I believe the prosecution DID make their case, and so did the judge. She denied the defense motions to dismiss and said the prosecution had made out both direct and circumstantial cases against Z for murder 2.

This young 17-year-old black boy would be alive today if Zimmerman had simply obeyed the instructions of the 911 officer, quit the chase, and not played vigilante. It takes a real coward and a wimp to shoot a child who at 158 lbs. weighs 40 lbs. less than you do. Even if you are in a fight with him. Zimmerman was the aggressor, not Martin. Z started the fight and if Martin stood his ground he was justified.

I don't believe Zimmerman. He's your proverbial liar. Because of the lack of defensive wounds on Martin's body, the suspicion is strong that Z injured himself to fabricate a self-defense case.

Z is the posterboy for not granting ccw permits to psychological misfits.

I am alarmed and mystified that anyone can justify Zimmerman's cowardly acts which caused the death of an innocent boy who had just bought Skittles and Arizona iced tea and was walking home.

Devastating to Zimmerman, and by an intelligent, educated observer from a nearby condo with no axe to grind.

She testified that Zimmerman was on top and Martin on the ground. This is about 30 minutes of testimony which you must watch to get a sense of the scene when Martin was MURDERED.

Here you go. She's the lawyer, Anna Sigga Nicolazzi, with the brain on your screen's right side.

She takes the 3 Faux Nooze shills (including momo Sean Hannity) and destroys them, literally bops them all three.

Jeez, are the American people ever fooled by airhead partisan hacks.

WTF right did Z have to go chasing after that kid catering snacks to his little brother? That was an execution.

Murder most foul!

Why Zimmerman Will Be Found Not Guilty

Why did the State call all of these perfect defense witnesses to date, with more to come? Remember the 2012 election, when Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi was publicly supporting Republican Mitt Romney for President, campaigning her heart out and obviously expecting a high level position in his Administration in return? Martin was shot in February 2012, and the election was held in November 2012: millions of African-American votes were at stake. Florida and Bondi stopped all the protests and the loss of many votes by charging Zimmerman, and now they are at least assisting with his defense. The jury verdict in this case is an absolute “fait accompli.”

Devastating to the prosecution, by an intelligent, educated eyewitness to the altercation with no axe to grind.

The prosecution called John Good, an eyewitness to the altercation between Martin and Zimmerman. Good testified that Martin was on top of Zimmerman and he appeared to be punching him “MMA-style”(mixed martial arts). Prosecution witness Good also made the perfect defense witness and provided conclusive proof of Zimmerman’s innocence.

This hotdog testifies to an eyewitness account diametrically opposed to the account of witness who came in with an interpreter, you know, the architect lady who had immigrated to the USA from Colombia, South America.

Of course, most lawyers and social scientists realize that when persons a, b, c, d and so on witness an exciting event, their accounts of it will vary, sometimes one completely contradicting another. So eyewitness testimony has to be taken with a grain of salt. It is not reliable. But it is helpful sometimes to corroborate the forensic evidence such as Dr. Bao's testimony that the stippling on the body of Trayvon Martin showed that the gun was fired from an intermediate range and that the bullet was a straight-through right angle shot into the body of Trayvon Martin.

You and I have seen only parts of the evidence, and so the entirety of the evidence is for the jury. Thus your statement that John Good's testimony is conclusive of the guilt of the dead boy and the innocence of Zimmerman is rather naive and absurd.

Just watching this segment of Good's testimony, though, tells me that he is a hotdog who hems and haws and parses. Those jurors are not dummies. They've not been fooled by this witness, as you have. You can watch Good hotdogging it here as Z's lawyer tries his damnedest to make him his witness while Good keeps hemming and hawing, checking himself and backing away from previous statements, going vague all of a sudden, and trying to make subtle changes to his previous position. This is not an objective witness, what with "MMA" and "ground and pound" in his performance. Body language experts will tell you that Good is not a credible witness. He's a hotdog, a shill for a point of view which is likely racist, likely a person who would identify with Z, not with M, and who colors his testimony accordingly. Of course, as with all the other eyeball witnesses, no one is really able to see well because of the rain and darkness.
