I haven't tried it yet but heard the food is good. As for the booze, if we stay away from everywhere it is now, we can't even grocery shop or buy gasoline. That battle has been lost. Time to suck it up (pardon the pun)and get on with life.

We have ate there a couple of times and it was GREAT. As for serving booze to a minor, this town will hold a grudge on you for any thing and every thing that they ever find out about you.They are very, very, weird or backwards. Since it has to do with alcohol...you poor thing, I sure hate it for you. You might as well have served a severed head on plate. This is the town that DOES NOT WANT A CHANGE!!!!! THEY WANT TO LIVE IN THE STONE AGES. Good luck. To every body...This restaurant is fantastic. Try it, you'll love it.

Boy, I hope it doesn't ruin the kids chances of going in the MILITARY. Can die for your country at 16 to 18, many have;( but don't have an alcoholic drink. Being prior military something is incorrect with this thinking!

I bet those kids are paying dearly, too for trying to purchase. David's Restaurant is not the only victim here.

I wish the Mothers Against Drinking and Driving would get involved in the issue of illegal immigrants driving in our country, NC, Randolph, and in Asheboro. I have heard many stories of how hit and runs occur. The passengers physically get out of their cars and run from the scene of the accident.

That place is wonderful. The best by far in Asheboro to eat. There is a variety of food to choose from and every thing I have tried has been great!!! Try the chicken salad place.....the best!!!

Found this restaurant by accident last Christmas on the way home from the beach, fell in love with the fast service and GREAT food. Nice variety, everything is freshly prepared and plentiful (now we share entree's). This is now our regular stop to and from MYB, never disappoints. Beats the heck out of fast food or "chain" restaurants!

of course they dont this is asheboro has anyone not heard about the sign at the mexican border ? it says come to asheboro nc i mean look at the stats it says 8 percent latino population i would say 30 percent if not more

Delicious food, many choices, family friendly environment, wonderful service, I recommend this restaurant. It is one of the better restaurants that Asheboro has to offer. And their sweet tea is amazing!

i just moved to asheboro, i love it, but where i live at there r a lot of hispanics all around me in my apt, conplex and i have tried so hard to be nice to them but i just give up. they are so rude, ugly and they stick to their own kind, they are prejudice against against whites. im hurt and schocked at their behavior. they act cocky

I moved here about 5 months ago from New England. Davids is the best place we've been so far. Great variety, prices, portions and all the waitstaff are friendly and attentive.
As for "getreal". YOU should get real. Who cares where they comform as long as they're working, paying taxes and living here leagally.
NC is not the only place in the Great USA that has Hispanic immigrants! Grow up
