When Amanda Tucker won the raffle at the Asheboro Chili Cookoff in April and was promised to have her mortgage paid for a year, she was so excited she cried tears of joy that night.

I heard his wife had quit her job at the Randolph Hospital. Apparently they packed up and moved out of town. Anyone that has any information on his whereabouts should let Ms Tucker or the authorities know. Somebody knows where this guy is.

Didn't just scam the raffle winner.... He never paid us for the banners we made for the cookoff.... always excuses on when he would be coming by... even daying that he left the money at the bagel shop for us to pick up, and someone stole.... yeah, right. He is smmmmooootttthhhhhhhhhh.
