At least Maggie will call you back. Don't you go expecting that from Vittone or Briggs

After she called you back did you see your issue taken care of or brought to the Selectman's meeting for action?

A good person with a good heart. Maggie has always done what she thought was best for the town and the people. You may not have always agreed with her, but she's always been honest and called it like she saw it. She ran for the position during a really tough time and lived up to her promise to get things back on track. Those that would criticize her should probably walk a mile in her shoes and do somethign positive for the town, rather than just whine anonymously on a blog! Thanks Maggie and enjoy some well deserved down time!

Oh for the good old days...where have you gone Chick Landry, Cider Harding, Ka-Ka Haenich, Porky Lashua, Pee-Wee Roy, Bull Lashua...The Stog, Doc Mason and his warmth. The old Town is not, and never will be the same. South Main Street is a Sh**House. The Briggs School will never get built...the best thing would be for the State to take over the Town. Put up the "Closed For The Season" sign. Say Good Night Chet.

It's nothing like when we were kids. Society has changed, people don't stay in one place very long anymore. People don't all know each other anymore, heck on halloween we hardly recognized any of the kids or parents. I moved back to So Ash a few years ago and thought there were very few kids any more until I was late one day and saw a crowd waiting for the school bus. Life moves on.
