Why are we rolling this over? When the feasability study was approved, it was a one year tax increase to payoff the study. Well the year has long been up and now we are rolling this over?

Is this the first time it has been rolled over? By the statement "This is the last time we will roll this on it's own" makes me think it has been done before.

So much for a temporary loan..........
