Two sentenced on drug charges
A Fitchburg man was sentenced to one year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to a Class B drug distribution charge, according to court documents.

wow!all that police work to get the people who have been doing this....all that tax payers money as well....and fitchburg court dismisses the trafficking charges?! are you for real? yeah let's just give these repeated offenders 1 year! and one guy time served! thank fpd but we think they will learn after one years time.:D i swear to god it isn't the fpd that needs a re haul its the court itself. this is pathetic and proof judges just want to get the day over with rather then hand down real justice. shame on you! i wonder if judge gardner was the one overseeing the case....hmmmm

I agree with you as it is not uncommon for the Fitchburg court to let drug dealers go free. We may need a Federal court in Fitchburg which is what I would propose.
We have plenty of buildings for a federal court house such as Harper Furniture. If we want real change then we need to put in for real change.

What are you smoking? Harper Furniture building belongs to Micron. And the Feds don't need a court here.
