From the story:

"Because so much of the native experience is hidden from traditional history, and because so much of our series takes place before the time of photography, we embrace dramatic filmmaking techniques much more fully than we've done in 20 years of 'American Experience"s history,"

Sounds to me like they're taking advantage of a great opportunity to show history the way they would like it to be. After all, who's to say they're wrong? And, really, why would anyone bother?

Why would any one bother.

Wether they are wrong or right.

To hear or garner some facts about the past in this country comming from the with out question the first people who walked this land

Should be great

Lets face it.
The majority of what we learned aobut the history of the US is extremly in acurate.

Even where it comes to stating who were the first European to set foot on this land.

Also I watch Pocohantas, the animation. I also read alittle bit about her and that story via documentaory.

I dont see how Poccoanta can be very liked within her community.

Just wondering, if you saw the program
It was very good.

King Phillip, interesting Character.
The Pequot and Mohegans intersting choieces for allies.

truth be told, this copuntry would not be as great as it is or can be, if the Pequots, Mohegan and a few other tribes were not warring with each other.

The Wonapags were powerfull and had it with in them to severly alter the course of European influence in this country. Even after this mysterious onset of diseases that shrunk there numbers.
Would some one concientiously inflict small pocks and other dieseases to a community and commit genoicde.
