What will Ash Grove Look for in a new Police Chief

[Cops friend]

Ok, ash Grove, you are losing a great Police Chief in Carl Inlow. What will your city be looking for in a new one? I owe property up there and this is just what I would like to see. I person who does not live in the city limits that will continue to run their great department. I hate to say it but maybe someone younger that will invest their time into the department and city as a whole. Someone that will stay there as long as Chief Inlow. Tell me what you the citizen would like to see? Dont get me wrong but the officer that are there now aren't professinal enough to lead that department. I would like to see someone that had investigation epxerience and patrol exp, all togather. Lets see what happens. We love this city to much to let it go down hill. Cheif Inlow your a great man and lets get someone kinda like you to take over from the outside

Yes carl is a great man and a great chief, i worked for him a short time. met his family, and he is an icon to ash grove. did he retire? i have not seen him in many years.

I hear he is retiring in March sometime. I have talked with him and he did confirm that he is retiring. I will miss him dearly, but hopefully they get someone in there that will still allow him to be around the department

I am a citizen in Ash Grove and I am wondering who they are going to hire? I hope it's not any of the guys working there now, non of them are very professinal accept Chief Inlow

I know a young man that is a police officer that would be great for the job up there. I know that if he was hired that he would be there to stay, because his whole goal in his law enforcement career is to become and smaller town Police Chief. Also Tee, are you the same guy that knows Chief Hartsell.
