Has it been kept quiet here . First i heard about that. I looked it up on internet batesville guard newspaper as you said. Boy, thats terrible!!! I wonder how many people he helped do fraud on their taxes. Undoubtly, thats how he paid for that beautiful building next to Kathys fish place. Thats sad. He'll go to the pen for a long time. And look at all his clients for years, they will have to pay alot of money to irs.

What happens now. Are the morris still in ash flat. What about all the people that went to him. What happens to them. This is 2010. According to paper this went down in 2007. Why time delay. When did investigation begin. His new building hasnt been there very long. It sure is a terrible thing.

I read about James B Morris and his wife Sue on web site (arkansas matters ). Does anyone know their sentencing. Or any of the people this has affected. I never used his services . But was told claimed people had farms, cattle when they didnt so could get a big refund. Did he get turned in or irs just figured it out.

I heard one of taxpayers will have to pay back $300,000 plus interest and penalties. That will cost them their home.

Usually takes someone turning them in with good proof then irs does their investigation work.
