I would like to comment on Fransene Berry. She is a former Ash Flat citizen gound guilty in Jackson, MS for "flipping".
She ruined the lives of several people. I don't know how well you know her there in Arkansas, but she's not what she makes out to be. She is a lying, coniving, poor mouthing theif!!
Just incase you don't know, she lost custody of her 2 children to their fathers!! KUDOS TO THE DADS!!!

I personally know Fransene and she is a good person and an excellent mother. She is not a theif and to the contrary she would give you the shirt off her back as she has to people who have kicked her while she was down, including her ex-mother-in-law. She loved that B____! just like she loved her own mother and not to mention she took care of the sorry excuse for a husband that she had because he wouldn't work - that as a result of his inheritance - wrongfully gained custody of their child.(Because it's all about MONEY YOU KNOW)They lied in court and there are pictures and plenty people to prove it. Whoever you are, you need to get your facts straight prior to condemnation of another or go look in the mirror because it seems that your demeanor and charachteristics are no different than that of the person you are condemning. We can only pray for people like you! Read the bible and you would know that you should judge not lest YOU be judged. It may be you one of these days. That is what's wrong with the world today because some take pride in kicking people when they're down, but what you all need to rememeber is that there is GOOD in EVERY person, including you, whomever you may be. May God help you!

Apparently, you don't know Frannie like you think you do. She is a crook, a liar, a whore, an alcoholic, and a piss poor excuse for a mother. All she wants is attention for herself. Everything that has happened to her, she brought on herself.
You say she took care of her husband? Yeah, with the money she STOLE from people trying to buy a house! She can blame her ex husband and mother in law for whatever, but anyone who knows them know that they are good people and the child is better off with them than with Fransene on any day. She says they "lied" in court? Fransene is the one who didn't follow the court order. She didn't do half of what the judge ordered. Who's fault is that? I'm sure it's not Fransenes. The court said they found her testimony "not credible". Who's fault is that? I'm sure it's not Fransenes.

This whole thing involved around 11 people and millions of dollars. GOOD LUCK! I hope this wasn't done to you.

May God help YOU, Maam. You obviously don't know Fransene Berry half as well as you thought you did. All you have to do is listen to anything she says to know that it is all a lie.I noticed that you are the only one defending her in all of the posts that I've seen. Do you think there's a reason for that? There are people in her original hometown in MS. that have known her all her pitiful life. I am one of them!!! She is a whore, cheater, thief, and a liar that only looks out for herself and screw everybody else. How could any person that self-centered and manipulative ever be such a "wonderful" mother as you say? Just look at who she has had living in her house recently. Most of her boyfriends are always 20-30 years older than her. She is drunk on a daily basis. Is that what a mother of 2 young children need to be exposing to them? And then there's the assumption that people lied on her. The gov't froze her mail and federal agents were in the courtroom. You think they didn't have facts before they went that far? You are right about one thing, though. We shouldn't judge her because she doesn't have to answer to us. She has to answer to God!!! So no amount of time that she receives at her sentencing will be equal to what she will pay when she answers to God. All the things she has gotten away with in her past will then be caught up with her. God help her then.

AMEN!!! You are so right about Fransene. I couldn't have said it better myself. As of right now, the poor girl is in denial. I really hope reality slaps her in the face before Friday (10-19-07). She needs to realize that it ain't gone be "Frannies World" no more!
Anyone who takes up for her for sure doesn't know her. Thank God she can't have any more kids!! I know those babies are better off now than they have ever been.
On Friday, the judge may be leniant on her, but come judgement day, I sure wouldn't want to be standing beside her!! GOD BLESS HER WICKED SOUL!!

Unfortunately, from what I hear, it got post-poned. I hear that something came up with the judge, so he delayed it until December 4. Hopefully, it won't be much longer and the victims will get the justice they so truly deserve. Once Fransene Berry goes to jail, that will be one less nut case on the street!

OH MY GOSH!! I believe that the jury done a GREAT job. I wasn't in court, but from what I hear, Ms. Berry had NO DEFENSE. Is that true? Do you know what kind of time she is looking at? I know Fransene pretty well. I believe she is as guilty as the day is long.

Was she as defensless as I heard she was? I heard before trial that she blamed 2 or 3 people for "setting her up". From what I hear, none of that was brought up in court.

She was. The prosecution did a good job presenting the massive case against her.

I heard that the prosecutor done a great job. The jury done a wonderful job as well. She needs to pay for the crimes she commited. I hope she doesn't get off lightly.
