A Freehold woman has been sentenced to three years in prison for committing an armed burglary in a 61-year-old man's apartment in Lakewood last year.

As part of a plea bargain, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office agreed to dismiss charges of robbery, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon, hindering apprehension and tampering with physical evidence.

if they dismiss all of these charges, why even bother? why not just give her a nice breakfast and send her out to rob and injure someone else!
