Westminster police information officers are being briefed and have called a press conference regarding Jessica Ridgeway, the 10 year old girl who has been missing since 8:30 a.m. Friday.

Partial body was found next a road, it's possible that some elderly woman might have accidentally struck the girl without knowing it and drove away unknowingly having done so. Happens all the time.

No, not hardly what this is at all.
Remains were butchered, some body parts retained by perp, found near plastic bag, beyond wire fencing, in a culvert.
There's abandoned coal mines in the area, which I hope cops search in case the butchering happened in one of them.
This is an unlit, less-traveled road, that bicyclists use moreso than vehicles. To the north & east is a traffic detour for construction on SR 93.

Kind of like when a car strikes a deer, parts go flying willy nilly, almost akimbo like in appearance, much similar to a bull in a butcher shop, so to speak.
