Former Sioux City priest wants sexual assault case dismissed

A former priest of the Sioux City diocese wants sexual abuse allegations against him dismissed.

I'll bet he does want those charges dropped. Who wouldn't? The only reason being is because the statue of limitations ran out!! Not because he didn't do the dasterdly deed!! He needs to rot forever in a jail cell..Just my personal opinion of course...

It clearly states that the limitation of actions as of the 1980's (when the the crime occurred) was three years after the victim turns 18...Ex post facto extensions are un-Constitutional!

Enemies of the Constitution love cases like this...Nobody likes pedophile priests, hence nobody wants to defend them, even when their Constitutional rights are being violated (e.g. ex post facto laws)...So authorities get away with violating the Constitution...So a precedent is set...Now, when they want to violate YOUR Constitutional rights, they have a case law precedent that gives them a thumbs up and a green light...Intelligent patriots can see the slippery slope...
