GEE ya think, sick pigs it ought to be way higher that that. has anyone even thought about the disease that could spread not to mention that the sub human life that would do that have no reason driving or being loose in public.

I own an RV and the thought of dumping sewage on the street is grotesque... of course, there's always someone who does it and makes us all look likke scum...

Sewage disposal is "spotty" in many parts of Mexico. We must accept human waste running in our City streets as a consequence of our decision to be a filthy bankrupt colony of Mexico.

It is bound to get much worse. Just hold your nose and try to keep your children play in the puddles.

Look at all the busted-up RVs parked along Pacific Ave. Good luck if you think those owners are taking their rigs to a proper dumping station.
