or perhaps none of you know what the hell your talking about. the man who was struck was struck by a lil man who has lil man syndrome. steve was a very good man who was only there for but a few min trying to enjoy a drink on st. pattys day. unfortunately steve lost his life yesterday at the young age of 44. may his soul rest in peace. we love you steve.

Why and how people manage to amuse themselves on such a tragic loss of a man they have no clue about is cruel and cold. May you all rot in hell as Steve Toole looks down at you. This man, Steve, had my heart and will forever be in my soul. Continuing Life without him is devastating.

Funny where are the police when you need them? Funny How the Cypress Police have let this matter rest. Yea Jan Its me David and Yea Linda Its me too. You both know how I felt about the guy but this is WRONG. Neither of you need to let this die.(no pun intended) What bothers me is how his family (MoM, Dad, Sisters, Etc...) of who he never spoke too gave us all false info as to his funeral and other events we had a right to attend. Anyone who knew Mr. Steven Toole knew he would have wanted a crowd there. He was the center of attention everwhere he went. He left a lasting impression on my youngest daughter in fact he is majorly responsible for her being a clean and sober person today. So this goes out to the mom and dad and kids he never spoke too though he could do so freely. Seems you didnt care till he was dead. So say Me... David M Green

David M Green You are an absolute moron. His family loved him more than I could ever describe and this has left us all heartbroken. For you to make such idiotic comments and cause more hurt to my family proves you were obviously not a friend of Steve's. Who by the way never mentioned you during all our phone conversations and visits to Cinti.Maybe if Steve had considered you a friend you would have been contacted about funeral arrangements however we never knew you exsisted and quite frankly You don't exsist to me!!!! To Mr. David Green, This comment is from Steven Toole's sister and as you can see I wrote one sister because if you knew Steven at all then you would know that he has one sister and two brothers. Who are you to talk about Steve's family in such a manner. At this time we are grieving the lost of someone that we have loved deeply for 44 years and you have no right to tell everyone that reads this that his family does not care about him or has not talked to him; we talked to Steven all the time and your comments are not needed at all. We have buried a brother and a son and an uncle and a dad. We will always be there for Steven and we will handle our business just as we have done so for many years. You should keep your comments to yourself as you know nothing about us. Shame on you for making me have to write something like this. As I look at my brothers picture and cry daily I'd like for you to know how hateful your words can be. My mom and dad have been there for Steven his whole life. And as far as the funeral goes he had many people there that cared and loved him; his whole family and his friends were there. What you don't seem to understand is he had a life here for 40 years and one there for four, so don't tell me how I am supposed to feel nor how my parents are supposed to feel. So please keep your hateful comments to yourself. Way to go Teresa. It's unfortunate that such people as Mr. Green exist, and twist the knife that I am sure already exists in your heart for this loss. I am so sorry that you are experiencing such hatred and idiocy while facing the loss and mourning of Steve. Mr. Green has tried to convince people that he was actually at the funeral. That he showed up and shocked you all. Those of us in the know, know that once a liar, always a liar..... I find it amazing, seeing how Mr. Green himself is on probabtion, and traveling to Ohio would be in violation of said probation. Some people just never learn I guess. So lets see... Im really the bad guy here huh? All because I wanted those who where close to a guy get the EARNED oppertunity they had comming... Protective of his family in Ohio.. My ass.. He did speak highly of his father, and we spoke in great lengths about our families. He wished he was more like his father. He very rarely mentioned siblings, not to protect them but to protect his own feelings. This family is one piece of work. I do have to say that I did speak in length to one family member who wanted to to know the truth. Good and bad. Steven was not a bad man. I sometimes wish I had some of the same traits as he had. And this one goes out to you *KARMA* from Westminister... The only knife turned on anyone was turned into Linda and Jan. Family members who intentional decieve others, costing hundreds of dallors.. well ummm... And as far as me not being able to travel where I want when I want? Well you got me mixed up.
So all you *Proclaimed* friends of Stevem Toole.\
Lets see how much you care... I suggest we have a Steven Toole Day and Buffet lunch at the Cypress city hall say.... 15 June 2008 starting around 5am and ending say 1130 pm.
