however Bradbury is all single family residences on large individual lots.
How do you think the residents of Bradbury Estates would like CONDOS perched above them on the unstable slopes of Mt Monrovia?
About the same as those in La Merced I would suppose.

Also, how would both groups react to 10 years of grading and polluted dust raining down on their neighborhoods from moving 6 million cubic yards of contaminated dirt?

Feng shui, interesting

The goal of feng shui as practiced today is to situate the human built environment on spots with good qi.
The "perfect spot" is a location and an axis in time.

I wonder how building over 300 oil wells affects Qi?
