there was a man that fell off that bridge and had a bag of some kind and they say some times at night night you can see sadows of him with a bag ive heard i dont know how true this is tho ive heard several people tell it tho

If you are talking about the old railroad bridge a man did fall off it, i forget the year but his name was Ben York and he was drunk, he made it almost across before going through the cross ties and hitting the rocks below, it killed him instantly. My uncle was walking with him when it happened. As far as the haunting part...i don't know.
