If this is true, then why isn't in the reports in this detail, that I have received from BCC/DOC?

I do not know if it was a suicide or a homicide.... I only know a man is dead and the information supplied to Miss McCoy has been less than forthcoming. If ANYONE has information about what they PERSONALLY witnessed.. email [e-mail]. The story has been detailed on 120Shock.com for almost two years... Miss McCoy and her sons are asking for help. While I do not doubt what the guard writes, everything must somehow be verified... and this has yet to be done. As a guard...How is it that an inmate has access to a room with a door that can be closed? It is the simple questions that I would like answered... and they will lead to the truth. I was one of 4 people who were aware of the truth. We were told however not to breathe a bit of it to anyone.
One of us died "mysteriously".

Out of fear for my family, I have relocated.

ME & one of the other two are considering coming forward if we can be assured that there will be some kind of federal involvement. Until then, we remain silent.

We have put certain things in place to allow this to happen but have not received the necessary guarantees and safeguards for when the crap hits the fan. Until then, I have to put my family first.

Consider this your prompt reply but until we can get the remainder in place, I cannot and WILL NOT reveal more about us and the situation with our families and whereabouts. I have a pretty good idea that you and I will be meeting face to face in common battle shortly and look forward to that.

I have to make decisions on a regular basis of what to accept as fact and what is obviously false. The statements by MB have left me wanting... I need something to hang my hat on here.

I have thought about the position you say you are in...and I ask "What would I do"? I do not have to think about it. You say a man was killed... no suicide here. You say you know something along with others... but the silence is deafening.
Respect the man who has died with honesty and some type of integrity. By telling what you say you know. This also respects your own family.
ANYONE can make ANY claim they want on posts such as this and you have made the boldest statement to date... that you are "aware of the truth".

You call me a stupid, badgering ass idiot, with pathetic selfish needs... and you have never read the 16 page investigation report. You have never looked for the truth and you have read one post and ACCEPT it as truth... but it cannot be.

You tell MB to not "reveal anything EVER just to spite" me. So YOU would support a cover up if what MB could say was true? Even MB would not support this if his heart is right.

Nothing about what MB is suggesting checks out at all... nothing. Miss McCoy has been gracious in allowing me to see the BCC Investigation Report from Sept 22, 2006. While the BCC did not kill him, they were negligent in their policies which aided in his death. They willingly admit the procedure breakdown in the report.

Did I push MB??? You bet! Could I have dealt with his statements on a more positive note??? Nope! They are just not true.. and time should not be wasted pursuing lies.

MB can still come forward... he can give any statement and someone will check it out. Without accountability there will never be any resolution to this case. I am not asking MB to be accountable, I am asking the BCC to be accountable.

You could have written me on my web site... you could have stayed silent... but you should be commended for speaking your mind. I value your words more than I would Morris B... at least you speak up when you disagree with someone... instead of waiting almost two years.

12o shock is not an instigator. He seeks the truth without bias. The family seeks the truth without judgement, but expects people to be honest in there words. Don't say anything at all if you are not willing to go all the way. If he wanted to protect his family, he should of not uttered a word and gave a grieving family false hope. Would you want that for your own family if you were in there shoes. I think not. To make a comment is one thing, but to claim such a strong statement as bedda did and not follow through on backing it up. Well that just crushes the family a little more. Depending on when you arrived at Boonville, we may have met.. we may have shared a handshake or ate lunch together. I may have picked up your laundry or painted your bay. We are not so far apart... until we arrive at values.
