Teachers should absolutely know how to run their classroom in an ASD-friendly way. Schedules should be posted clearly and teachers should do their best to stick to them. Expectations should be direct and clear. Saying things like, "Stop making that noise, you're annoying your neighbor." is actually helpful to most children with ASDs. It's a different way of being and communicating, but the adults are the ones who have to change, because the kids with autism can't.
