Two Dallas men arrested on controlled substance charges

Eric Rashad Rutherford, 22, of Kilgore and Reginald Rutherford Jr., 30, of Dallas were arrested Thursday afternoon on charges of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance. via News-journal.com

it aint never gunna stop. they just need to lower the time of the crim. and worry more about the rapest cause at least we give people a choice they dont
