A 25-year-old Prunedale man broke both his legs after a head-on crash this morning on Highway 1 near Moss Landing, the California Highway Patrol said.

Come on get real, it's not the kind of car you drive that makes you a certain kind of person. It's the person you are behind the wheel. Driving a car takes responsibility. Everyone needs to remember it's a priviledge not a right. If people would start to be hospitable and learn to get along so much would be better in life. I can't stand when some people drive slow on purpose as if they have the right to do their own speed patrol and then when someone like this DA decides to pass the car in front all of a sudden gets balls and speeds up. You know those of you that are quilty of this. It would be so much better if you just ease over safely and let the dumb DA pass. I'm not saying this is what happen in this case. But alot of accidents and road rage occurs because of people acting like they own the road.

TGIF, understand some very basic things.
1. I said IF he was an illegal we would have to pay for his medical. I did not say he was an illegal.
2. Highway 1 is the route taken in the morning and afternoon by field workers to go to work.(Yes there are illegals on the road at that time and working in the fields)
3. I have personally seen 4 accidents this year,(one from an illegal left turn into a biker, another was from a police chase, the others were the normal following too close on wet roads type) and we will never know if they were illegals,(well I know one was not) because if you are not directly involved in the incident you never find out.
4. How does it relate to illegals? How do you know it does not? You don't.
