Since Troy was in the Middle East, think he could call someone over there and get the price of oil down so we could afford to drive to the Polls to vote for LOWE instead of walking and voting for LOWE?

I would like to see the evidence backing these so called stored of disaster from the last 4 years all these people are talking about!!! If these people knew what it was like to work in law enforcement they would have the utmost respect for Sheriff Lowe and his family. All they want to talk about it the bad, not all the long hours he spends away from his family working for the citizens of Madison County!!! Not one person has considered what his family is feeling when they read the bashing they are giving him on here. He has a wonderful family that is very supportive of his long hours he works! I think people should research before speaking out!!!!!!

This is just the reason we need another adminstration. Seeing how Sheriff Lowe is working all these long hours, serving and protecting for so many years, Yes he once did, now he could care less. We know it, we're tired of it. Why has another inmate hanged himself in our county jail. Thanks alot Clayton Lowe, This is another huge bill the tax payers will have to foot. Great Job, Tax us to death, we all might as well hang ourselves too. This is also another example why we don't need another four years of the Lowe adminstration.

I don't think you even know what you are talking about. Have you even looked outside our county at the way other Sheriff's are running their administration???? I work within the 5 county circuit and see ALOT. If you think Sheriff Lowe is doing bad, then you must have blinders on. You need to see what's going on in the surrounding counties and you would be very grateful for having the administration we have now. How do you know how Sheriff Lowe feels, have you even gotten off your butt and talked to him about the way you feel??? I'm sure you think you are right in your views. I just don't understand why people that have problems don't go and try to get them worked out, instead they want to spread rumors that aren't true just to make theirself feel better! It's very sad that's what our county has turned to.

I agree. After reading these comments it scares me to know these are the people voting in our community impacting my family's future. Voting based on he said she said crap.

Sheriff Lowe has done a good job, no one, not even a sheriff, can slove all of the problems. Regardless of who get elected, there are going to be a few bumps in the road. Maybe all of the men who are attempting to get elected are honorable, honest and sincere, but we know what Sheriff Lowe can and will do, so lets keep him in office. However, as citizens of this great USA, we have the right to vote our convictions. And yes, I do live in Madison County.

i recently overheard a citizen in madison county say to sheriff lowe that he should'nt worry about the up-coming election because he was like former sheriff dewey seagraves and would be in office as long as he wanted. i have to disagree because mr seagraves was a peoples sheriff and spent all year talking to the people instead of campaigning during election time. we need another sheriff like that and i think john dove is most like that. he has the experience and the personality to make madison county proud. the incumbent is to comfortable and the other candidates are in experienced.

I recently had a mower stolen.I called the sheriff's dept. They responded slowly but the deputy seemed nice enough. After he took my statement he asked if I would continue to support sheriff Lowe and pulled a Lowe sign out of the trunk of his patrol car.I allowed him to put it up.I did feel somewhat intimidated by this.I also felt this was ver unprofessional and borderlines abuse of his oath and office.I do have his sign up but only because I fear retaliation.I have spoke with others that have signs. Many have simply stated only a fool would tell the sheriff no.Most all have agreed that even though they have his sign they will never vote for this man again.
