OUTRAGEOUS.
This happens in many places and it is absolutely disgusting and disturbing that it can still be allowed to happen anywhere in this day and age in this place we call our civilized society. While everyone will probably be damning the vicious dogs, it is the people who did not assume dog ownership, who allowed their dogs to run loose, form a killing pack to survive who are in fact the ones who should be shot.
It is high time that this area come into the 21st century and suck it up and laws placed and ordinances established and be brought up to speed to protect the people from things like this happening.

We make fun of societies that eat dog flesh . I am sure they make fun of us for feeding our citizens to dogs . Ironic ?

Ironic is correct. I was home for a few days this past week and was suprised by the amount of stray dogs running around. I would say some of them dont have owners, they run around in packs, they will breed. They're out on a hunt for food. Every corner I turned, there were packs of dogs. Something needs to be done about this, and Now. Make it a prority. I've heard its not the Police's job, I've heard it's not our job. Who's job is it? Where do we go for help? The Mayor? County Executive? Let's get some imput on this. I mean, I dont think we should run our vehicles up on the curb to take out a dog, but on the other hand, when you see an elderly lady at the save -a-lot surrounded by dogs when she is putting her groceries in her car, something needs to be done.
