The judge thinks things are/were suspect enough to re-instate the Ellisville Mayor until this matter is resolved. Watch this circus and what it reveals about the inner workings of their politically corrupt city and their city attorney then rest assured what comes out of Arnold will be even more dastardly.

I posted this from Fox 2 yesterday. This was taken way further than it was ever in Arnold so we are a drop in the bucket compared to them.

Quit crying wolf. That's why nobody listens to you anymore.

This is about impeaching a fellow elected official. The police chief is a hired position, not elected.

Which is exactly what started the whole mess here. When Ken Moss would not resign, the push from the Mayor was to impeach Ken Moss and he was very adamant about it!

They asked for an investigation I to Boone's claims to protect the city. However, the person hired did a poor investigation.

They didn't try to impeach him until after the investigation was complete. Get your facts straight.

You need to get your facts straight! The investigation did not even start until the meeting after they tried to get him to resign and he refused. The impeachment of Mr. Moss was insisted upon by the Mayor before the not so independent investigation had even begun.

The mayor mentioned impeaching him the same night they tried to get him to resign. The city released the closed session minutes that clearly state this. They convicted hm prior to any investigation. Then the investigation didn't prove anything so they had to convince the insurance company to pay her off to make it look like there was some guilt. Coruption at its finest.

The mayor or another council member?

Can you read?
"The impeachment of Mr. Moss was insisted upon by the Mayor before the not so independent investigation had even begun."
That seems quite clear to me.

And those a Ken's words. Where is that in the minutes of the closed meeting?

You can't take an allegation and purport it as true until it is proven in a court of law. This is an allegation in a lawsuit and hasn't been proven yet.

<quoted text>Do you even engage your brain before you type? My guess is NO ! SOooo miss know all of everything.... I'm thinking other council members heard this impeachment talk. And it brought on a fine lawsuit. Were you there?

Not an allegation if council members that were there and heard it are going to testify. Cha ching cha ching

Again , Backroom threatening and impeachment from mayor before the investigation. Is that illegal or not?
That's an allegation, too. Until it goes to court you have no proof it happened. You have successfully convicted people without the case even making it to court, just like Moss accused them of doing. Are you Moss? If so then it seems like the tables could be turned. If not, then Moss might set a precedent that could backfire on you for convicting them on here.

And you have no proof that it didn't! So what is good for the goose is good for the gander. They will be convicted in the court of public opinion, just like they did to Moss. You don't like it? Tough. Take your babble elsewhere you bore me.

Now you get it. However, you have stated that it happened like it was fact. It's not fact until proven in a court of law. For now it is just an allegation.

If I bore you then ignore my posts. You aren't the boss of people. I'm staying on here.

No, it's a fact. You exist and that hasn't been proven in a court of law, if you were right, then you would only be an allegation you wouldn't be here!(And people would rejoice!) Too bad for the logical, sane beings that come to this site to actually learn something. Have you tried a singles forum? You're not getting much work done.

My work isn't any of your business. I don't need a singles forum (your stalking skills are a little rusty) and your argument makes no sense. Talk about inane rambling.

Again, you attack personally because you can't debate.

Yep, I'm thinkin other council members heard this impeachment business right after the NO to resign.

So again you side step, tilt a whirl....
He said no to resigning in that backroom while they were threatening and asking did he not?
Was it legal or not to convict and try to impeach on the spot?
First, your not the boss of me. I can do what I want and I'm sticking around. Second, it's an allegation at this point. Wait for the case to play out before convicting anyone in it on a public forum.

And lastly, it's entitled, not intitled. Learn how to use the big words.

I know this has nothing to do what you guys are talking about, but I have a question. How does a liquor store get to move right next door to a school?
