Dan Smith for State Representative

When Dan lived in bayshore he was in Arnold city limits so that wasn't the case. Jefferson County Sheriffs were involved during our case. However corrupt police officers are everywhere. I have talked with a past officer from south county and one that just retired from maryland heights and they both have told me of corrupt stories. I am not saying this was the case of the Jefferson county officers but the laws were totally different and our hands were tied. Sorry but you are just attacking everyone that doesn't agree with you and trying to create more cover-up stories. I am thankful that they realize that there are two sides to this story and there is reasonable doubt. I also have to love that I've been hearing of people removing their Dan Smith signs. I applaud Jeff Rooarda for sending out that flyer and exposing Dan Smith for the Sick guy he is. Sweet justice. Sadly it isn't the justice I had hoped for in the court of law but I will take this. Expose him for the sick guy he is. I pray the district of 113 vote to keep Dan Smith out of any office. I pray people start seeing him for who he is.

Maybe she "remembered" it being an Arnold Cop. The truth nor the facts seem to be important, only what she "remembers". I just read through all this because I got a mailer from Roorda and this just stinks to high heaven of Roorda's style of politics. I would never vote for him for dog catcher.

Seems from what I have read "all of these so called allegations" are coming from one or two people who I think are related but they never give any facts about THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES, ONLY MORE AND MORE ALLEGATIONS.

The thing someone wrote about the finger prints...that would be the first thing cops would have done if someone did what you said around your house.

I did look at the Leader. Seems like Dan's daughter is not agreeing with you at all and neither am I.

Don't care if you are "not buying" there would be finger prints, THERE WOULD BE FINGER PRINTS even back then. Instead you and your family jumped to conclusions that were not real. I wonder what the difference would have been if instead of calling the cops, you would have gone over and talked to the family like good Christian neighbors and got to the bottom of it all?

Go to reporters, the first question they will ask you is the same question I have been asking "WHERE IS YOUR PROOF!". You make all of these claims and offer NO PROOF. Now call me a name(which makes you feel good) for saying this but in this country you have to be able to prove what you are saying. I could go to reporters and tell them you are an ax murderer. They will say, "where is the body?" WHERE IS THE PROOF???

Funny you have said "I'm done" now about 6 times. LOL. You have said nothing new in the last 10 postings so I doubt you are done. Poor you, no one is buying your story. Tell it again, maybe you can get one person who will agree with you as you try to condem an innocent person for political reasons. It seems particularly sad that either Roorda or someone who works for him is posing as Zumwalt and is busy digging for dirt that doesn't exist. It seems even sicker that he's intent to use a person who has been dead for over 20 years and documents that are simply blanket filings with no evidence associated with them as a pathetic attempt to smear Dan Smith. If ANYONE should have any question about this, Missouri provides resources for folks to do their own independent research. First, search Missouri Case Net. Dan Smith has no records there. If he was convicted of stalking, or any other criminal matter, then it would be listed there. Second Missouri also has a registered sex offender list. Again, Dan Smith isn't there either.

Dan is a family friend, and someone I've known for a while. He is very helpful to his family and friends, a good pillar in is community, and has served the Fox School District well. He will serve District 113 well in Jefferson City. And he won't blow up on his fellow law makers or put together attack ads when he disagrees with them.

Personally, it sounds to me that Jeff Roorda is nothing more than a school yard bully and anyone who votes for him is simply adding to the problem. I won't be voting for him. Good Luck Dan.

To "remember when" just curious - do you know someone who was stalked by Dan? It just seems like you might.

Funny, I was decorating a car window today for a friend's birthday and I thought of the fingerprint issue on the car windows......I was using one of those paint pens for cars and not once did I touch the car, so I am pretty sure I left no fingerprints.

Also, these things that Dan may have done are not episodes written for CSI or any of those popular crime shows where they look for fingerprints. Pretty sure that even today fingerprinting is saved for murders or extreme crimes. Stalking today is a crime but still not as extreme to do fingerprinting. Stalking back then wasn't even a real crime at least not until the 80's.

Some of these "excuses" by the friends don't really add up.

The fact that Dan Smith isn't throwing mud back isn't a bad thing. It just means he's a higher caliber candidate than the likes of the folks carrying out the smear campaign against him. The fact that Roorda blesses something like this makes him a school yard bully and nothing more.
