Companies Forced to Downgrade Insurance

Companies are being forced to downgrade the insurance plans they offer their employees by the new Obama(he doesn't care) Plan. One company in particular is offering less coverage because if they don't it will cost $70,000 million in penalty payments to the government, half of their profit for the year. So now the employees and their families have to suffer with less than Cadillac coverage, that the employees pay for. No more HMO coverage. I wonder if they can get an exemption like many of his "preferred allies" have been able to do?
