I think there are not enough choices in this poll, I dont believe either is true. I think he is standing up for a principle, and I happen to agree that eminent domain for third parties, like retail, is wrong. I dont think that makes him a hero though. As the law stands, I think he will lose ultimately, and should have taken the best offer. I would have. As it stands, he is standing for that principle with plenty of folks on his side, but HE is the one that will lose out monetarily. I also dont believe he is 'out for himself'. He has too much to lose, and really, except for winning for a principle, I think he would not gain much. So I guess my answer is somewhere in the middle.
