Didn't want to hijack the Hardee's thread even though I think everything has been said there that can be will start a new thread for this.
Bellacinos Restrauant looks as if they are about ready to open.
For those of you who may not have heard about this new restrauant that is opening they are located on 61/57 at the strip mall in front of Linderhoff. I read a article about them awhile back and sounds as if they will have good food so keep your eyes open as I'm cerain they will open soon.

Looks like a good place to visit. Since it is so close to work, I can see having it for lunch, instead of the wonderful school lunch.

I hear some teachers do that at CiCi's Pizza. I have a feeling that this new spot would taste much better.

We wemt tp Bellacinos a few days ago. Both my husband and I ordered Grinders. He choose a meat ball while I chose roast beef. We both enjoyed the meal. I really liked the roll it was on.

But Vinny you may also want to check out the new pizza place in Family Video for your class. Don't know if the regular price in 5 bucks but that is what they were advertising when they first opened.

I would say the prices are equal to those at Subway or Quiznos. The small grinder is about 9 inches which is 3 inches longer than subway the large is approx. 18 inches. The price for the lowest price for a small is 5.49 and no higher than 5.89.
They also have low fat sandwiches that contain 9 grams of fat or less. The use fat free mozzarella cheese and fat free mayo on these.
They about 6 different salads with different prices depending on size and of course what is in the salad.
The kids menu is small but includes the fries and drink. Average cost is 4.79.
The also have pasta but it seems to be limited to lasagna
Of course they have pizza and the cost depends on what kind you get and if it is one of the specialty pizzas.
Deserts are limited to cookies, brownies or cinnamon sticks.

They also have a small bar which serves beer and wine. The bar area at Bellacinos is not enclosed so the restrauant is completely non-smoking.

Vinny you might try Bellacinos as a family but I don't think I think it would be a little expensive to order pizza for an entire class as the cheapest pizza is 16 inch cheese pizza at 12.59. So if you could not get a special rate that would be expensive. Dominos or Little C's would probably be less expensive.

Bellacinos also caters parties from 10 to 100 people. They also have party grinders which serve 8-12 people but you need to give them 24 hours notice on this. Party size salads are also available for 10 or more people.

Hope this info helps for those who wish to try out Bellacinos. We will be going back.

They are also adding an outside patio area on the side for summer time dining.

Thanks for the added info I didn't know that but it should be nice. Many places are adding outside dining in the summer.
I had heard that Ruby Tuesdays was also thinking about doing that but so far they haven't.
It sounds as if you have been to Bellacinos sad but true. I hope you also enjoyed your meal.

I have had been in once with the family, and ordered out twice for lunch. The first meal with the family was great. I had the Ruben. Lara and the kids all loved their food. The first take out was one of their salads. Good, as far as salads go. It was a good portion and I was very satisfied with it. Finally was an 8 inch pizza. The small pizza was ok, but nothing really special.

I must say, when we ordered out for lunch at the school, we had many teachers order. The staff worked very well to meet our needs and provided quality service. This quality service was provided at a time of day when they had a line of customers waiting out the door. While some might say that it is bad to see a line out the door, I think it is great to see a local business with a line out the door, with a staff inside that is keeping its cool, offering good customer service and getting the job done under pressure. No one was sloughing off; everyone was on the move, focused on getting the job done and helping the customers. I was very impressed with the staff of this new restaurant.

Yes I My family and I have been there and also enjoyed it. The employees including the owner were very nice and on the ball. The owner told us he had some of his staff from the So. County store down in Arnold helping make things run smooth until he could get others trained. He seems like a very decent person and treats his employees well. I would recommend trying them to anyone that hasn't. We had pizza and salad but the people we were with had sandwiches and they also liked them. As far as pizza goes..... I like almost any kind from all places so I would not be one that really rates it unless it is just horrible. I would say prices are just as good as any other place in town and I hope they stay in business there. It seems that spot does not hold out very well but maybe with their name and reputation they will do well.

My son and I went one evening. The staff was friendly and efficient, my son knew many of them. Prices were fair, and the wait was not long. We both had sandwiches and we found them just ok. Now, I have been told I should try a Grinder, so I probably will go back for that.
Not a place I would be chomping at the bit to go to, but not a place I would avoid either. And, I am keeping in mind that it is newly opened and may improve as the workers get more familiar.

My husband stopped there a few nights ago. They weren't busy and it took FOREVER to get our food. It wasn't the best, the Bellacino's on Lemay Ferry is always good. I was disappointed but we'll give it one more shot.

Their pizza is great! I've had no problem with their service and they always have coupons in the various coupon magazines that come out in the Arnold area, usually for 3$ to 5$ off of your order. That's not a bad deal! Just look up Bellacino's and their menu is on line.

The prices have gotten higher and are a little too high for my taste. The last time my family went there we looked at the prices and walked out.

Are you kidding?! If you compare them to only the local establishments with the same type of food, their prices are high. You can't compare them to all local places.

If you get a fish sandwich at Mickey Ds they only put a half of a slice of cheese on it and it looks like a third of a regular slice. What a rip off. Does it say on the menu, comes with half a slice of cheese, you get more cheese on Whitey's

That congealed stuff they call chicken?! No thank you.

To me this thread is starting to sound like somebody is needing more business and trying to use this board to get it even if it means attacking people and using false screen names. But that is just one's opinion.
