This is about a six figure settlement paid to Officer Ott. If one reads the lawsuit they will see why she was awarded that sum of money. It's all in there. If the city had a case they would put their proof out. As it stands they and the insurance company tucked their tail between their legs and paid up! Plain and simple.$450,000 and the offending officer and his superior retain their jobs and salaries, what a travesty.
You have no proof for your allegations. Hope Sweeney doesn't find out about this post. I think he'd love to take you up on a libel suit.

All you ever talk about is libel, and prove it. Are you an attorney now? You are a joke.

Nope, not an attorney.

And you are the joke. I don't think you know HOW to tell the truth. That's sad.

Seems all you can do is cut and paste. Ever try to put some thought into your posts? Apparently not. You also can't keep from twisting the truth.

I have been trying to dumb things down so you can understand. The only twisting of the truth in Arnold comes from city hall and the propaganda it releases on a regular basis to the local media.

Actually, you started out dumb so no need to try to dumb it down anymore. It is you that just don't get it. You don't see any other opinions or options than your conspiracy theory. If it doesn't back your theory then you throw it out even though it may be the truth.

The people are tired of your crap. That's why they voted you out.

This is about a six figure settlement paid to Officer Ott. If one reads the lawsuit, a copy of which is available at www.Scribd.com they will see what prompted the awarding of such a large sum of money. It's all in the filing. If the city had a case the insurance company would have pursued it vigorously as they clearly state on their website. As it stands they fairly settled a claim where liability existed, in other words tucked their tail between their legs and paid up! Also clearly stated on their website is they do not settle claims based solely on the most economical option available. Plain and simple.$450,000 paid out because liability existed, NOT because it was cheaper and the offending officer and his superior retain their jobs and salaries, that is wrong no matter how you try to candy coat it.

And yet you weren't directly involved in any of this so you do not know what the real facts are. Is this your opinion or are you stating this as fact?

All you posted was a copy of the lawsuit. That isn't proof in any court you're convicting people of a crime with your comments...maybe falsely as the lawsuit never made it before a jury to determine guilt.

So, are you're comments your opinion or fact? I'd be careful how you answer with that whole libel thing.

I don't like things up there that don't belong.

Why don't you try telling the truth for a change and sticking to the proven facts?

Hiding your proxy again? Do you have something to hide? Why aren't you open like you preach to the government? You should practice what you preach.
