Now go farther south to see hillbilly. I mean the southern states with lots of hills! I know we have some very different people in Jefferson county, but I have not seen a hillbilly yet! I remember when I first moved to Arnold and people from St Louis would make fun of it and call it Lower LA. Guess what? A lot of those St Louis people have moved out here because of their crime rate.
