So you want to write like jc pencildik I suppose. You left a link and slipped away with no comment to explain yourself. In what way is washington park in any way hauntingly familiar? Has it something to do with your patronage of or employement desires in a titty bar?

It's not even close. It's another attempted scare tactic of the those whom were kicked out during the last election. There's no relation to Arnold. They want to public to believe that the city is in dire straits when it isn't even close. Their problem is they don't understand finance. And how can you expect them to when a couple of them couldn't even pay their personal property on time until the year they ran for election.

Outsource everything possible now. Police dept, fire department, etc. move everything to the private sector. No pensions, no 401k, no healhcare costs, etc. This is what Detroit will need to do. Arnold should do it now and lower costs and increase services for the taxpayers. You don't need to be a CPA or have a masters degree in public administration to understand this concept.

And if we outsource it will actually cost more. Built into the costs the outsourced charges are those for health and pension and such plus a little profit for them. Like you said, you don't need to be a CPA or have that masters degree to understand the concept.

And if you outsource the response times will go way up. If you think you have poor response times now, just wait.

Now go back to the drawing board. May I recommend you actually live int the real world for a change instead of your fantasy world where everyone is out to get you and the local government can't do anything right? Might be why you have no real friends.

Obviously you know absolutely nothing about the business world! The future of State and Local government is outsourcing. Response times will not go up they will go down along with costs. This is the future.

Transparency in government is necessary order to prevent these type of events from occurring. If the elected and appointed officials and staff are publicly held accountable for their actions routinely, they would not be lining their pockets or the the pockets of their friends, family and developers who are making bank on the backs of the taxpayers. Officials in Arnold are no different than those in Washington Park, they just thumb their noses more politely and have been a little better at covering their tracks.

No, it's only an out for bankrupt cities. It is definitely not the future. You must be a Republican.

They are a far cry from those in Washington Park. Our city is operating off of a surplus. Now quit crying wolf and trying to scare the citizens of Arnold just so you can try to get elected.

Big difference. The only ones that lacked dignity and self-respect in Arnold were voted out the last election.

Integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking. That doesn't seem to be the case in Arnold. They do the wrong thing even when being watched. They do the wrong thing because the attorney tells them he can defend them, using a lot of taxpayer money, of course! The only one who comes out ahead? The attorney. Follow the money.

Exactly, they should. But they won't. They never have that little thing called proof and without it their accusation become libel and slander.

Just remember, when bluffing a pair of balls beats everything. There is one person in this town who has a set and everyone knows who she is.

So you're saying she really is a man. LOL.

She has no balls. She just likes publicity, even if it is negative. When it comes down to reporting her allegations to have them investigated and presenting her proof she fails. The only thing she ever reported and won on was that stupid log and that was only because she apparently wasn't invited to a party according to Amato in the video and so she wasted our tax money on something stupid.

And posting about yourself is immature, but I guess it's the only way to keep your name out there.
