Hello everyone! I'm new in Arnold and wondering what day the town plans to allow the kids to trick or treat this year? Has the town already announced this in the local paper?

There will be a Trunk or Treat sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce at Arnold Crossroads Shopping Center(by McDonalds) on Friday October 25th from 6:30 to 8:30pm. Bring the kids in their costumes and treats will be provided by local businesses.

You can do Trunk or Treat. If your kids want to do regular Halloween with the neighbors and go door to door then it is always on Halloween night.

Yes because I understand what he was asking. Some communities like Belleville set a date for kids to go door to door trick or treating and don't do it on Halloween. That is what the person was looking for, not a Trunk or Treat.

You should educate yourself more on metro area communities so you can better understand the questions of those citizens you purport to know so well. At this point I would be far better at it than you. Oh, wait, a monkey would be better than you. I think we have your Halloween costume figures out now.

Don't engage the snippy little snot who knows what is on everyone's mind every minute of the day. She knows all, just ask her.

I don't know all but u sure know a lot more than you. Too bad you have to tell people not to engage me so that you can win a debate. After all, you're behavior had proven that the only way you can win is if the other person can no longer participate. You are truly a sad person. Now go put on your monkey costume. Oh wait, don't. It's insulting to the monkeys.

You're absolutely right Scoop! No one should engage her in any way. I think the message boards are already benefiting from this policy.

And yet people still engage me. You all are failures. I will always be around whether you engage me or not exposing you all for the lies you try to spread. Too bad the only way you can get people to believe you is to tell them to ignore the person telling the truth. A sad pitiful bunch you all are. Notice you all don't post much anymore since I call you on your lies. That means the truth wins and you all, the liars, lose.

Letusnamenames is right.....some communities actually schedule trick or treating on certain days that may not even be Halloween.

I have no idea who any of you are but can I just say that this constant bickering back and forth about whom said what to whom, your neighbor whom you suspect is running a meth lab, the barking dogs, "Doris", The Arnold City Council, Fox schools, and anything else that I failed to list gets really old.

Someone asked a question, and "Letusnamenames" answered it, and yet you found it in you to come up with a snarky remark. Seriously people....lets stick to the topix at hand...Trick or Treating. IF you don't have anything constructive to say about the subject, don't say anything at all. Leave the political b.s. out of it.

To the OP, Arnold allows celebrating Halloween on it's typical night. I do know some area towns that do not allow trick or treating at night on Halloween, but instead celebrate during the day the day before. I forget the name of the celebration, though.....

Just ignore The Doris Clan. They got called on not knowing something. They don't like when they are made fools of and us replying only eggs them on. We'd be better off to let them keep posting and looking foolish without replying.

Well, LUNN is back to insults to all who post opposing views. Inm almost every blog on H.S. Topix LUNN winds up engaging other posters with insults, name calling, and the like. I want so dearly to come to this site and see normal conversation - without insults, name calling, degradation, etc, etc, etc.

I am highly educated and quite intelligent and can see right through LUNN. I just wonder their motivation for being so devisive!

WHAT IS IT LUNN??????

Well, you've disclosed your intentions and motivations. Every post you make is a criticism of me. You are just on here in an attempt to harass me. Too bad I don't care.

Everyone please feel free to look at his posts. ALL of them are criticizing me and thus he has shown his sole motivation for posting on here.
