Resident raises concerns about city's water policies

"It's a courtesy, but we're not bound by the code," Nevada City Manager Harlan Moore said during Tuesday's City Council meeting, in response to a question from Helen Armstrong , 318 S. Elm St., about why the city no longer tells residents when they have an abnormally high water bill.

This is rediculuss! How about YOUR FIRED, this might bring ethics back to the city of Nevada?
Your job is to work for the citizens of the city of Nevada not your own errigence.
This thought process is why when you drive down Austin Blvd, Many buisnesses look as if they had no idea that lawn service was affordable, or that the city parks look as though they were recently landfills.
Nevada needs some people who care about other people.
