Cops: Local man flashed girl in Mount Kisco store

MOUNT KISCO - An illegal immigrant living in Mount Kisco has been arrested for allegedly exposing himself to a 10-year-old girl at the T.J. Maxx store on Main Street, police said. via Journal News

3.anybody that has any morality left.
that piece of garbage is just lucky i didn't see him do that to that 10 yaer old girl.
