Truth always wins. What part of Long Beach do you live in? Lived in Lakewood before moving here in 95'( off of South and Palo Verde ).<quoted text>
Your right ex-pitcher, it's hard to fight a Mexican 1 on 1. It's not in their nature. Fair and honorable aren't something they hold to highly. All of my fight in school were with Mexicans and all were because I was walking somewhere by myself and they started the name calling. I took my licks, but gave better than I got and always with a multiple bean face off. They have no honor still!

When I was in school there were no Mexicans in town, for that matter in the county. Maybe in the State, but, I don't remember any anywhere. What the hell happened? Didn't use to need them.

This is the way I see it. It's like Walmart. When we didn't have one we paid what was asked and lived normally. But when the cheaper prices came with the box store, it became a way to save money and get ahead. Walmart got popular and many more were built. The Mexicans were cheap and you could pay 2 to do the work of the old one and the word spread and they flooded across. The rest of us became complacent, they needed managers for the 2-1 ratio, especially in construction, so we all got better jobs to run the cheap labor. We moved up a caste level when a new one was added. Now we are stuck with it. If we enforced the laws we have, the jobs would be back and the economy would flourish again. But that won't happen because the politicians are afraid they won't get elected if they take a stand. How do you deport millions? You can't, we should shoot for a # that's doable and give amnesty to the rest. Close our border and put a hold on green cards until our economy can catch up. |

LOL LOL " You can't handle the truth" very well!!! Back to your "gang" mentality of name calling insinuations!!! Seems that is all your about when someone doesn't agree with you. Does that make you feel big?( must be a lil' ol' guy ) |

Cali is almost a normal guy most of the time. He swings back to his Mexican side once in a while. When that happens his IQ drops and the all reason is thrown out the window. But I'm sure it's Whities fault. Wait....here comes the fervent retort! |
|
Yes, I'm here in the heart of hell. |

On the other border, next to Coutts, Alberta. Never even heard about "gays" up there, or homosexuals, or illegal aliens, or drive by's, or drugs, or gangs. No locks on the doors, bars on the windows, people left their keys in the car while at the store. No Spanish spoken, people could pick up hitchhikers without fear, picked your own fruit and vegetables, mowed your own lawn, washed your own car, there were summer jobs for kids. All the kids had guns, but, never had a thought of killing a man with it. Bagged my first rabbit at 11 years old with my 22 semi-automatic. It's a different world then Visalia, a much better world, almost like on a different planet. |
Damn Rogerg ! I knew you was old, but Eozoic, whew ! But on a more serious note, I too grew up hunting rabbits and squirrels with all my buddies. In those days there were only Okies and Mexicans and we got along most of the time. We all knew each others families and pretty much respected each other. My first rifle was a scoped Springfield semi automatic rim fire which I still own to this very day. I'm sure Gayfield Montana was a great place to " grow up " but Visalia was the quintessence of small town America. |

In my day we settled arguments and disputes with our fists, not guns. Some lost a fight, some won a fight. But we never thought of killing anyone over something like that. I know because I whipped on a lot of " White Boys " and even some coconuts. The thought of using a gun never crossed my mind, ever. I was quite good with my fists, I'm what some call a " Fistolero " and I retired undefeated from the streets.( just the facts ma'am
