Well, having restored a few cars one of which this happened to, there is a nut that holds the base of the wheel down to the column. That would be the first thing I could think of. |

Well at least it was not a new car this time, it was a 1978 Buick .
Glad to hear the driver is ok, and the baby cows too. |
