Police: Woman finds US Capitol officer in her bed

Arlington police say a U.S. Capitol Police officer was arrested when a woman came home to find the stranger passed out drunk in her bed.

It's standard procedure for a federal employee to be placed on paid administrative leave. This is a necessary technical procedure that almost always is a prelude to termination. It's not exactly a paid vacation because termination is imminent.
