I can't find any proof one way or another if collecting rainwater is legal. Does anyone know where I might get the official word that it is legal to collect water in Arlington Texas?
Thanks in Advance,

Your kidding, right? Why would it be illegal? People catch rainwater all the time. Do you think they would arrest you for stealing rain? ROFLMAO

Many of the laws banning water collection were setup 100 years ago and have yet to be changed for the current times Daniel. I do not think many municipalities have banned water collection recently but I know what you mean. I read Mike Adams and Natural News as well.
We install RWC systems all around TX and are based out of Wimberley, near Austin. Have no installs in Arlington, have never heard of any bans up there though nor ANY in TX for that matter.
You might need a permit on the other hand... No big deal in getting one of them. Happy to share - brandon (at) wimberleywindandsolar.com
