Arlington motorcyclist seriously injured

An Arlington motorcyclist was seriously injured when his bike collided with a pickup about 1:15 p.m. Sunday in the 600 block of East Sublett Road.

Its hard to anticipate something like this ever happening, but even more so in this case. Chad was a wonderful person, he was well spoken, a hard worker, could make you beleive he was always right, and you couldn't help but smile when he was around. Something about him could lighten your spirits. He was such a loyal friend. Anyone lucky enough to cross his path sure wouldn't forget ever meeting him. He made a huge stamp on my heart, I will miss that crooked smile, rugged tough exterior, huge baby browns, AND BIG BIG HEART of his. I am Chad's brother in law, and I came upon the accident soon after it happens. If anyone knows Gregory Pevsner, the driver of the truck, please let him know that Chad's family is praying for him. It was truly an accident, and for that young man and the girl he was with to go through what they have gone through, is something no one should have to deal with. We would love to talk to him to share our feelings, and let him know that he is in our prayers. Feel free to e-mail me if you know him, or if Gregory would like to e-mail me at [e-mail]. This has been a tragedy for our family for sure, but we want Gregory to know that he is not to blame, and we would do anything for him not to deal with the pain he's dealing with.

Chad was my baby brother and my best friend. It's been 3 months and our family is still so lost without Chad. He was my only sibling so it's the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my life. If anyone ever is faced with something like this I can tell you that time does help but God is the best source of comfort. Chad, I miss you more than words can tell. You know you were my hero and I love you little brother! I'll see you in God's good time!

I really don't know who you are but I would hope you're never faced with such a tragedy in your family. He was an excellent rider; it was just his time to meet the Lord. There was nothing that would have changed that moment in time. You should be really careful what you say about one of God's children. I'd hate for you to be faced with something as bad or even worse.

Chad was the best son any parent could ever hope for and wonderful to his family. He helped anyone in need financially but he gave of himself too. He was loved immensely which was obvious because the church was standing room only at his funeral. We've never heard a bad thing said about Chad. He was a true Harley man but he loved the Lord with all his heart. He was truly Chad the Great. We miss him so much. He took a part of our hearts that will never be filled. Anyone who says or thinks anything negative about Chad obviously never knew him. He left such an impact on this world. Love, Mom and Dad
