Driver Killed had Blood-Alcohol 4 Times Over Limit 9/16/12
Associated Press September 16, 2012 GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas - Grand Prairie police say a man killed in a head-on traffic wreck that also took the life of a 20-year-old woman earlier this summer had a blood-alcohol content almost four times the legal limit.

He chose to drink he chose to drive, these are note mistakes it's a conscious decision to use a vehicle as a possible murder weapon. and the laws of the land need to change to show as such. I don't think the penalties on vehicle a homicide are strong enough and none of the states. 20 years old is too young to die.
