I would have thought you would support separation of church and state.Only for Christianity, I guess.

Stamping out non existent Sharia law in NC. Now that is productive work for our republican state legislators. I just do not know if that outstanding accomplishment exceeds in economic importance the law they passed about possum dropping or the one they TRIED to pass about tits, or the law they TRIED to pass establishing an official state religion, or the law they passed raising taxes on working people so they could give tax breaks to the rich,, or the important law they passed allowing hunters to use silencers on their weapons, or the law they passed allowing unqualified persons to open charter schools with no criminal background checks,,or the law they passed trying to top college students from voting. Right now they are supporting cruelty to puppies because someone/something has to pay for recording the vulgar and tasteless comments of a republican legislator.

Looks like Andrews could just be another New Jersey thug politician . He was under investigation for spending $97,000 dollars of campaign money on personal business . By resigning, apparently, he can stop the investigation. It is just absolutely shocking, shocking that a democrat would do anything wrong. He should change parties in shame and join his own kind--those who find his behavior more acceptable.

It is entirely within the realm of POSSIBILITIES that Christie is innocent of any knowledge of bridge gate. Time will certainly tell. But I really do not believe that his complete innocence is within the range of probabilities and therefore I am willing to wager on the outcome of the investigation based on belief in probability rather than belief in the purity of a New Jersey politician. if such a thing even exists..

As I said, I am sooo shocked that a New Jersey politician, a democrat no less, would misappropriate the grand sum of $97,000. I have never been to NJ , and I hope I never have occasion to be located there. I am more concerned with NC where outside interests networked primarily by the Koch brothers have already pumped over $7,000,000 dollars into NC to change the outcome of our election to favor republican Thom Tillis. Tillis will not even attend republican debates or fundraisers. He doesn't have to. With the Koch network pumping over $400,000,000 into the 2012 election nationally , and now backing Tillis, he doesn't have to. So why are people outside NC pumping such huge sums of cash into NC to change the outcome of OUR elections? How many of you republican boys and girls out there believe it is to help NC?

NC is getting lots of attention nationally. It is due primarily to the stupid idiot antics of our republican legislature., Attempts to steal municipal airports, possum drops, tits, official state religion, voter repression, etc are getting all the laughs and attention. But what isn't getting attention is the almost total take over of NC finances and assets by fantastically wealthy hustlers pulling the strings on our puppet legislators and governor. Just one example : The coastal management commission now has no members representing forestry, commercial fishing, sport fishing, farming, marine biology or .conservation. Ever wonder why? Who is pushing oil and gas exploration off the NC coast? Governor McCrory and his republican cronies. Why has the Department of Environment and Natural Resources been essentially castrated? Why have all impediments to unchecked offshore drilling and onshore fracking been systematically eliminated? How much benefit from all this do you expect to receive? How much can the commercial fishermen expect to receive? What about charter boat operators? Farmers? Its all perfectly safe , right? Why do they call our shores the graveyard of the Atlantic? Nothing could go wrong in our turbulent waters and volatile weather like it did in the relatively calm gulf, right?

A middle school in Marinette, Wisconsin got 5th-8th graders together to asked students to step forward to answer “yes” to a series of highly personal questions. Questions like…
Do your parents drink?
Do you cut yourself?
Has anyone in your family been to jail?
Have you ever wanted to commit suicide?
Do you or your parents do drugs?
School administrators said that this would help the kids to be better and kinder friends.“The intent of this activity was to build stronger, more respectful relationships among students,”according to Principal Shawn Limberg. Of course, Limberg also said this was completely voluntary, an assertion that was disputed by one young girl who told her mother she’d have to go to in-school suspension if she didn’t participate.
Several parents voiced their concerns and had them brushed off. Amanda Fifarek, mother of a 7th grade student, was told,“That all the students were lying; all the students got together and planned it out and if they weren’t lying, it was all misperceptions. They didn’t specifically say do your parents do drugs.”
This is the type of socialist dumbing down the public schools are doing to our children. Comply with the state or you will be punished.
