Wait a minute, folks...no one has said that this case is closed.
What may appear (to those of us looking from the outside in) as a lack of charging this widow/accomplice--we have to remember we are not in the midst and haven't been privileged to the details of the investigation.
The insinuation that law enforcement isn't on top of this one is ludicrous. Sit tight and wait for the dominoes to fall...I believe they will.
I whole-heartedly agree. Unless someone here has direct knowledge of the law as it pertains to this case, we shoudn't be quick to pass judgement on the prosecutors intent. I would like to believe that they are carefully piecing their case together so they can put her away for as long as possiblibly allowed by law. And THAT will make me feel alot safer knowing one less vicious killer is behind bars. Hopefully for life!

Our prayers for Justin's mother and brother.

She was questioned for several hours and the her home was searched very thouroughly from what I hear. I am guessing they do not have enough evidence to prosocute her and if they don't have a good case she would win and couldn't get charged again. So, I am guessing they are trying to find more evidence before/if the charge her. I also hear the atornery she hired is a big shot and met with the DA when this all hit the fan. I am sure this attorney knows people and has some skill.

The whole thing seems like a joke to me. They had some medical clynic insurance scam business that they got caught running before and I heard that Ari took the fall or that scam.

So, it is not like this is the first scam they had going. Just the first one the killed someone for.

I hope the family of the poor kid sue the hell out of the estate and run her out of money. Then when/if she gets charged she may not be able to afford that big attorney to get her off.
