What is going on with these teenagers in todays socirty? Everyday, we hear that a teenager was either shot, missing, or involved in some kind of a crime. Parents need to control thier teenagers more by knowing where their kid is most of the time and checking their property to see if they don't possess any illegal drugs or guns.

I for one was extremely happy that they got this piece of sh--t kid. He deserves to rot in jail. Yeah, sure some may feel sorry for him, but he deserves it. Luckily the cops found him before Miguels friends could have gotten to him. Because Mr. Diaz would have gotten pistoled whipped and killed.

When I found out the news Friday, at Miguel's funeral, I cryed for joy. I knew Miguel, he was an amazing guy. He always wanted to see his friends, and his girlfriend happy, and if he didn't see them happy, he'd change that. I loved that kid, and still do.

first of all the state of illinois has removed the death sentance.

well the state of illinois is in fact the only state of America that don't have the death penalty it was removed i believe in 2000 or 2001, sorry that he can't get that penalty but their are other ways to punish and it's not up to us or the goverment it's now in the hands of God and hes will-- will be done r.i.p. miguel my friend my old friend i'll miss you.
