1 Thanks for all of the info on Talford that is in the court system. Those legalities certainly will look good on his next job resume. It also should get him a lot of votes from the public. And the ever lovely Kris had the gall to question why Rupakus was at the board meeting. He had every right to protect himself and his family from a stalker. If you read Talford's blogs you can follow an entire trail he has made while stalking Rupakus. Hey, Talford, why not come out and let everyone see your black eye and banaged nose. Rick, you are such a fool, why are you still in the area?? Do you realize that come spring time you will be gone. The state cannot take your house when it is winter out. So if I were you I would start looking for a house. Also you big idiot you cannot prosecuted for writing on a blog...thats what it is for, the only way anyone could get prosecuted if they would come to your house and look on your computer. Your records and reports are public records. As far as your court appearance you got nothing, maybe you should learn to stay off people's property. I am sorry but if you came onto my property and I asked you to leave the ambulance would have taken you, its called tresspassing and harassment, I wouldn't be surprised if you if the authorites will come and talk to you about this now!!! I won't go in to lengthy details...but I will say this much about Rick Talford...I unfortunately share the same blood line as he does, and did not know him for many, mnay years, when I finally did start to know the guy, I learned very quickly, that he was a maniupulator and user of all those that would allow for him to be. We had what I would call a good relationship as Brothers, all up until he got pissed off because I would'nt purchase a piece of crap motorcycle from him, then he tried to con me out of money for a medical condition that his own family caused..So I say this to the community of ELMWOOD....Be very careful, this guy will bend you over and screw you at first chance...sounds like he has already done a good job at doing so...But like the infamous cockroach, no matter what you do...He'll be back, restraining order or not.

Ah...the Elmwood Idiot is on the attack again. The comments by a Michael C have hit a sore spot in Rick Talford's life. Could it be that there is a half brother out there? More than likely there is. That would answer a lot of questions about Rick's phobia about family ties. Maybe some inbreeding in the family?????
