I am renting to own from connie andes and have recieved no paperwork or contract now everyone I talk to has something bad to say about her any one know the truth about her?

Connie Andies is the queen of the slum lords I rented from her twice because I couldn't help it. She never fixed anything. I was $100 behind one month and she broke into the new locks my dad put on a changed them. She blocke my car one day saying I owed her the money I told her she could keep te expensive new locks she still an she told me she would see me in court I ne'er heard from her again.

Never rent from her the city would get rid of her roach flea and rotten old houses if she could only not pay the taxes late like she does. Snakes have their limits and she'll find hers when people dont rent from her

Run very fast from this woman and most if not all the people who are now or have ever been related to her. Everytime anyone in my family has ever done any business with her or her family we have been cheated. Every single time.

I know that she would cheat her own family, she is nasty, smelly, and cheats ANYONE and EVERYONE she runs across! RUN!

Do Not rent from this woman. She is nothing but a cheat. Was renting to own from her thought I had paid it off and she claimed that I still owed another year. Found out later that she didn't even have the deed, the original owners still hold it.

Connie Andes, Broker for Andes Real Estate, found guilty of filing forged deeds. The Kansas Real Estate Commission ruled in favor of land forgery victim Trudy Andes Campbell. Kansas Real Estate Commission lawyer's aggressively pursued Justice and won in one of Kansas largest forgery and land fraud cases to date.

Topeka KS: The Kansas Real Estate Commission ruled in a special hearing at the state capitol regarding this white-collar crime. This Landmark decision came after a team of attorneys fought to protect the citizens of the state of Kansas and uphold Kansas laws.

In this particular ruling, the victim, Trudy Andes Campbell, the daughter of Connie Andes the commission ruled that Trudy Andes Campbell is the rightful owner of thousands of acres of land and dozens of oil wells, houses, and commercial real estate located in Cowley County, Kansas, and specifically in the city of Winfield.

A team of State lawyers working for the Kansas Real Estate Commission aggressively investigated and pursued the individuals; Connie Andes had committed fraud by notarizing and forging her daughter’s name on various deeds, and in turn, had defrauded her out of millions of dollars in Real Estate, which included farmland, pastureland, houses, and commercial real estate. State officials along with real estate attorneys stated; “This case”, Due to the dollar amount, the number of properties, and the amount of acreage involved,“very well could be the largest documented case of land fraud in Kansas history.”

The Real Estate Commission had called numerous witnesses to testify, on behalf of the State of Kansas. One of the most compelling pieces of evidence came from FBI Forensic Document Examiner "Barbra Downer", who testified that the signatures on the deeds were NOT that of the Victim: Trudy Andes Campbell.

Just as critical as Barbara’s evidence, was the next witness for The State, of who was Deputy Register of Deeds Clerk Marsha Teal. Testifying under oath, she witnessed Connie Andes altering documents/deeds by whiting-out names on the forged deeds directly in front of her at the deeds office. She went on to testify that she had noticed also that Connie had notarized the deeds herself. Teal became very suspicious and asked Connie how much she had paid for the properties. Connie replied that her daughter had “Gave the land Away". Connie Andes sworn testimony under oath was false. The Real Estate Commission stated in the final ruling CONNIE ANDES has no credibility and committed a fraud against the victim Trudy Andes Campbell and the Kansas Real Estate Commission.
