Eva's Mexican Restaurant - Best Mexican Food in Casa Grande, Arizona

I went out to eat at Eva's Mexican Restaurant tonight as this week is their official Grand Opening, even though they have been open for a couple of months.

Little Sombrero Mexican food is the best in Casa Grande.

I agree, Little Sombrero is the best, then it would be Mi Amigo Ricardo's. Eva's is too slow and food doesn't even have the WOW factor.

Eva's was a great mexican food restaurant in Casa Grande but now that the owner is managing the restaurant instead of hiring the management it has lost its appeal. I have owned and operated restaurants for more than 30 years and believe me when I tell you some people would be better off letting others managing their business. A good manager needs to have good people skills with both internal and external customers. This owner lacks both and it shows in his service and his quality of food now being served. It will be awhile before my family and I go back. I hope it changes.
