Brittany Hill leased

Brittany Hill, vacant for nearly two years, recently has been leased by an investment company and is being brought back to life with a planned grand opening this summer. John C. and JoeAnn Falco, owners of JCJ Falco Investments LLC, finalized the deal on the property May 15 and began extensive renovations the following day. They plan to re-open the facility as an event center with a sit-down restaurant and sports bar. Activities include dance classes, weddings, indoor and outdoor concerts and karaoke. We are pleased to be a part of Brittany Hill, this is not just ours but the communties. There are good stories of Brittany Hill and some are haunted stories? I have been there as the CEO working nights and don't have any worry working there late. We are taking away the 80's look and giving the facility a new face with a new repuation. The prices are reasonable with great food, fun and spirit..... good spirits.
